The monthly price of each paid plan is shown on the pricing page and again at checkout.

Listed prices exclude consumption tax. Tax is added at checkout, and the final amount is shown before you pay.

The Team plan charges a monthly price that includes a number of seats, plus a per-seat price for any beyond that. The per-seat price is shown on the pricing page.

Any internet connection charges are yours to pay.

Where payment is made by bank transfer, the transfer fee is yours to pay.

·Credit card, processed through Stripe

·Bank transfer, where invoice billing is used on a business plan

By card: the first payment is taken when you subscribe, and each subsequent payment on the first day of the billing period.

By bank transfer: within the term stated on the invoice, which is 30 days by default and may differ by contract.

By card: immediately once payment completes.

By bank transfer: once we have confirmed receipt of the funds.

This is a digital service, and it cannot be returned or refunded once provision has begun.

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard. A cancelled plan stays active until the last day of the billing period then in progress, and does not renew after that.

Cancelling part-way through a billing period does not produce a pro-rata refund.

This does not apply where we failed to provide the service for reasons attributable to us.

We recommend using the service with:

·The current version of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari or Firefox

·Camera access available, if you analyse images using a camera

JavaScript and cookies must be enabled.
