Terms of Service

The Service lets you embed information invisibly inside images (steganography) and run marketing campaigns around the experience of discovering that hidden information.

It provides:

·Embedding data into images (Dual-Layer, block, and RGB methods)

·Analysing encoded images and recovering the hidden data

·Building and publishing campaign landing pages

·Recording participants, granting rewards, and aggregating analytics

·Shared use by organisations with role-based permissions

An account is required. Authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication, a service of Google LLC.

Accounts registered with an email address and password must verify the address before some features become available.

We may suspend or delete accounts registered with false information.

Minors must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the Service.

You are responsible for securing your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.

The Service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro / Business / Team).

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We never store card numbers or equivalent payment credentials.

Paid plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; we do not pro-rate refunds for the remainder of a billing period.

Organisation plans may be billed per seat and, in some cases, by invoice.

You (or the rightful owner) retain all rights in the images and text you upload.

We copy, store and transform that content only as needed to operate, maintain and support the Service — including altering images to embed data.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights and that your content does not infringe anyone else.

Campaigns may be configured to collect participants’ email addresses. Where they are, you — the campaign creator — are responsible for how that personal data is handled.

We make participant data available to you through:

·CSV export from the dashboard

You must comply with applicable data protection law when collecting and using participant data, including giving notice and obtaining consent where required.

You must not:

·Break the law or public order

·Upload images that infringe intellectual property, likeness, privacy or other rights

·Use hidden payloads to distribute malware, phish, or otherwise defraud

·Use the analysis features to extract data embedded by others without their permission

·Reverse engineer the Service or attempt to defeat the embedding algorithms

·Overload the Service, gain unauthorised access, or exploit vulnerabilities

·Impersonate others, or transfer or lend your account

Embedded data can be destroyed by re-compression, cropping, editing, printing or photographing an image. We do not guarantee recovery under all conditions.

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for interruption, suspension, data loss or other damages arising from the Service.

Where we are liable, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice.

If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will give reasonable advance notice.

We may suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, without prior notice.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Data handling after deletion follows the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms.

For material changes we will notify you in the Service and ask you to agree again. You may be unable to continue using the Service without agreeing.

We record which version you accepted and when.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of 【要記入：管轄裁判所】 as the court of first instance.
